Refunds & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase from the Love To Dream™ online store. If for any reason you wish to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that you supply proof of purchase. The cost of the freight for the goods being returned will be the only charge you will incur.
To successfully return products received more than 14 days ago (and within 30 days of purchase), your items must meet the following rules:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in the original, undamaged packaging and in a resellable condition
- The return of these items will be at the customer’s own expense
To ensure the safety of all children who use our products, items that are not in a resellable condition and have been used, washed or worn or are not in their original packaging may be rejected.
If you believe you have a faulty item please continue with this returns process. Love To Dream™ reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering a refund or replacement. A refund or replacement may be refused if the fault is considered to be normal wear and tear rather than of a manufacturing origin. If the fault is deemed to be of a manufacturing origin, the product will be replaced or the sale amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible. Postage and handling charges associated with the product being sent back to the purchaser will be covered by Love To Dream™.
Products Purchased from Love To Dream™ Retailers
Refunds or exchanges on products purchased from any of our retail partners, need to be processed with that same retailer. Please contact your store of purchase directly for a refund or exchange.
