Express Delivery Timeline
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are despatched the same business day and delivered the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm (Monday–Thursday) are despatched the next business day and delivered the following business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday.
Note: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and BFPO addresses: please allow 2–3 business days for delivery after despatch.

What Happens After I Order?
- Order confirmation arrives in your inbox within minutes
- Despatch confirmation will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse (in most cases, same day if ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri)
- To track your parcel use the DHL tracking number in your despatch email
Important Details
- No weekend despatch: Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday
- Peak periods: During busy times (sale events, holidays), delivery may take 1–2 days longer than usual
- Public holidays: No despatch on UK bank holidays
