Delivery Fees & Shipping Options

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.95 for all domestic deliveries.
  • Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our express shipping option for just £7.95. Order by 12pm for a guaranteed same day dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Times

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and details within 5 minutes.
  • Dispatch Times: guaranteed same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using the provided tracking number to keep an eye on its progress until it reaches you.

Cut-Off Times & Expected Delivery

Standard Delivery: Order by 12:00 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch.

Express Delivery: Order by 12:00 PM Monday-Friday for a guaranteed same-day dispatch.

Our warehouse will be closed over the long weekend from Saturday 23 August to Monday 25 August inclusive. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday 22nd will be despatched on the following Tuesday 26th. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
