1. PROMOTIONS

Bundles

Bundle promotions are available at https://lovetodream.co.uk/collections/bundles

Eligibility and exclusions
        • The bundle discount applies when all products belonging to a bundle offer are ordered in a single transaction.
        • Bundle promotions are not available in conjunction with other offers. If another offer or coupon is added to the cart, the promotion with the highest discount will apply.
        • All save statements apply to saving from RRP.
        • Discounts are subject to change or removal at any time.
Multibuy Offers

Multibuy offers are only available on selected styles and colours. Multibuy offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers. If another bundle offer applies to the same product in cart, the promotion with the greatest discount will apply. You must add the specified quantity to the cart in order to receive the discount.

2. GIFT CARD

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purchase and Redemption

    • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.co.uk.
    • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
    • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

  2. Delivery

    • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

  3. Expiration

    • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  4. Balance and Usage

    • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
    • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
    • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

  5. Refunds and Returns

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
    • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream’s Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

  7. Multiple Gift Cards

    • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

  8. Restrictions

    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  9. General

    • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Australia, UK & USA only, aged 18 years or older.

1. How to Enter

Participants must visit the official giveaway landing page (link provided via Love to Dream™ and participating brand channels) and complete the entry form during the giveaway period. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Love to Dream™ will ship prizes directly to the winner(s) within 14 business days of notification.

3. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified via email within 3 business days of the giveaway closing. Each participating brand will contact the winners of their respective prize contributions to arrange delivery. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

4. Data Sharing & Privacy

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Love to Dream™ and the participating brands. Entrants’ data will only be shared with the brands relevant to the region (AU, UK, USA only) and will not be sold or shared outside the context of the giveaway. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Other

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability associated with this giveaway. Love to Dream™ reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants for tampering or fraudulent behavior, or modify or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. ONGOING OFFERS

10% New Subscriber Discount

Offer is ongoing for first-time subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter. First-time subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until the date provided in email and must be entered at checkout. Not eligible in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. By subscribing to the Love To Dream™ newsletter, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10% Review Reward Code

Offer commenced on 16 May 2024, and ends on 1 September 2025 for Love To Dream™ product reviews. Customers who submit a product or site review will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and must be entered at checkout. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway

Promotion Overview & Promoter
This Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway (the "Promotion") is run by Love to Dream Inc., Company Number: 6917019, (the "Promoter"). The Promotion provides eligible individuals with an opportunity to win one (1) of five (5) Love to Dream™ Sleep Machines each month by submitting a product review on the Promoter's website, or via a review request email.

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter and their immediate family/household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period
Each monthly draw begins on the first calendar day of the month at 00:01 AM and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM.

How to Enter
To enter, visit www.lovetodream.co.uk and submit a genuine product review. Purchase from lovetodream.co.uk is not required but reviews must reflect genuine product experience. Limit five (5) entries per person per month.

Prizes & ARV
Five (5) prizes per month: one Love to Dream™ Sleep Machine per winner, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) GBP £49.99 each. Total monthly ARV GBP £249.95. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification
Within seven (7) business days following month-end, five (5) winners will be randomly drawn from eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days and must respond within ten (10) days to claim. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility.

Prize Fulfillment
Upon verification, prizes will be shipped via UPS within ten (10) business days of confirmation.

Publicity & Privacy
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, city/state/country of residence, and review content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information will be used solely to administer the Promotion and per our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

What is the offer

Provide an email address for your friend and they will receive a £5 discount code (“code”) for purchases of £25 or more on their first order. You will also receive a £5 code for making the referral after your friend makes a purchase using the code.

How to apply for the offer

Complete our referral form at www.lovetodream.co.uk/pages/refer-a-friend and provide your friend's email address to send an email with your unique referral link, or copy your unique link and share it directly. Your friend must click the unique referral link, create a new account in the same session, and place an order meeting the minimum spend requirement to qualify.

  • Your friend can apply this code for their first purchase of Love to Dream products with a minimum spend of £25 (excluding discounts and shipping).
  • Once your friend completes their purchase using the code, you will receive your own £5 code sent to the email address associated with your account. This code can be used on your next purchase of Love to Dream products with no minimum spend.
  • Your code will be sent within seven (7) days after your friend's order is shipped from Love to Dream.

Other terms and discount exclusions

  • Codes are valid for 90 days from issue, only on purchases made on www.lovetodream.co.uk and cannot be used for prior purchases, taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
  • Both codes are valid for one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, and are not applicable for gift cards, third-party items, prints, or artworks.
  • By participating, you become a member of the Love to Dream Rewards scheme and an account is required to redeem your rewards.
  • This offer is subject to change or termination at any time. Love to Dream reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time.
  • Each code is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in GBP currency. You are responsible for any tax liability resulting from the code.
  • Love to Dream reserves the right to review and disqualify any suspicious referrals. Referrers can refer an unlimited number of friends or family members. Any misuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of codes.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
