2. Gift Card

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase & redemption

  • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.co.uk.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
  • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

Delivery

  • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient's email address upon completion of the purchase.

Expiration

  • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Balance & usage

  • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
  • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

Refunds & returns

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream's standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

Lost or stolen gift cards

  • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream's Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

Multiple gift cards

  • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

Restrictions

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

General

  • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

Big Summer Sale

Promotion Period

The Big Summer Sale is valid from 12:01am BST on Thursday, 18 June 2026 to 11:59pm BST on Sunday, 5 July 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of Love To Dream™.

Offer

The promotion offers up to 20% off selected full-price items and Hot Price clearance items. Discounts are already applied and reflected as markdowns on eligible product pages. No code is required.

Hot Price Clearance Items

Products marked as "Hot Price" are clearance items and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty or not as described, in accordance with your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Availability

The offer is available only on lovetodream.co.uk and only while stocks last. No rain checks will be provided.

Exclusions

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, loyalty reward, or promotion.

General

Love To Dream™ reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bundles

Eligibility & exclusions
  • The bundle discount applies when all products belonging to a bundle offer are ordered in a single transaction.
  • Bundle promotions are not available in conjunction with other offers. If another offer or coupon is added to the cart, the promotion with the highest discount will apply.
  • All save statements apply to saving from RRP.
  • Discounts are subject to change or removal at any time.

Multibuy Offers

Multibuy offers are only available on selected styles and colours. Multibuy offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers. If another bundle offer applies to the same product in cart, the promotion with the greatest discount will apply. You must add the specified quantity to the cart in order to receive the discount.

10% New Subscriber Discount

Offer is ongoing for first-time subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter. First-time subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until the date provided in email and must be entered at checkout. Review to Win a £100 Love to Dream™ Gift Card

Promotion Period

Monthly prize draw running from 12:01am (GMT/BST) on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm on the last day of the same month.

Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and immediate families are excluded.

How to Enter

Primary entry: Submit a genuine product review via the Love to Dream™ website during the Promotion Period.

No purchase necessary alternative entry: To enter without submitting a review, participants may email their full name and email address to support@lovetodream.com with the subject line "Win a £100 Love to Dream™ Gift Card Entry". Entries must be received within the Promotion Period. Entries submitted via this method will have an equal chance of winning. A maximum of five (5) entries per person per month applies across all entry methods.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month. The prize is Love to Dream™ store credit valued at £100 GBP, valid for three (3) years from date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner selected by random draw within seven (7) days of month-end. Winner will be notified via email.

Privacy

Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Love to Dream™ Privacy Policy.

Birthday & Anniversary Discount

Offer is ongoing for subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter who have provided their DOB or have been subscribed for more than 1 year. Eligible subscribers will receive a discount code via email, valid on full-priced items only with a minimum spend on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. General Prize Conditions

• Prizes are region-specific and will only be shipped within the winner's country of residence.
• No cash alternative or substitution is available.

• Ergobaby® is responsible for fulfillment of the stroller and carrier prizes.
• Love to Dream™ is responsible for issuing the Love to Dream™ gift voucher.
• Prizes will be dispatched within approximately 30 business days of winner confirmation.


Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from each participating region from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the giveaway closing.

If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


Canada Only

As required by Canadian law, the selected Canadian winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before the prize can be awarded.

By entering, participants consent to:

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms & Conditions, and modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
