What consumers should do

1. Stop using the affected product immediately
2. Disconnect the product from any charger and place in a safe location, away from anything flammable or anything that could damage the product

4. Dispose of the product only in accordance with local requirements for lithium-ion products. Do not place the product in household rubbish or recycling bin
