Delivery Fees & Shipping Options

• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.95 for all domestic deliveries.
• Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our express shipping option for just £7.95. Order by 12pm and your order will be shipped the same day.

Order Confirmation & Despatch Times

• Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and details within 5 minutes.
• Despatch Times: orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched on the same day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using the provided tracking number to keep an eye on its progress until it reaches you.

Cut-Off Times & Expected Delivery

Standard Delivery: Order by 12:00 PM Monday-Friday for same-day despatch.

Express Delivery: Order by 12:00 PM Monday-Friday for same-day despatch.
