Delivery Fees & Shipping Options

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.95 for all domestic deliveries.
  • Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our express shipping option for just £7.95. Order by 12pm for a guaranteed same day dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Times

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and details within 5 minutes.
  • Dispatch Times: guaranteed same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using the provided tracking number to keep an eye on its progress until it reaches you.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order before the recommended dates below:

  • Scotland & Northern Ireland: Order by Wednesday, 17 December
