2. GIFT CARD

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purchase and Redemption

    • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.com.co.uk.
    • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
    • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

  2. Delivery

    • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

  3. Expiration

    • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  4. Balance and Usage

    • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
    • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
    • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

  5. Refunds and Returns

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
    • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  7. Multiple Gift Cards

    • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

  8. Restrictions

    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  9. General

    • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions

The competition runs from 07/06/24 at 10:00 am ST and is ongoing until stated otherwise by Promotor. Entry is only open to United Kingdom residents who are 18 years and over. Limited to one (1) entry per person. The prize is a £50 Love to Dream™ voucher. There is 1 x prize available to win and can only be won by an individual once per month. The winner will receive a unique coupon code via email, redeemable online at https://lovetodream.com/gb-en/home-uk (“Online Store”). The unique coupon code can only be used once and applies to any items listed on the Online Store. The prize will be delivered by mail (shipping fees apply).

1. Who we are

We are Love to Dream™ whose registered office is at Level 3, 2-4 Defries Ave, Zetland, Sydney, 2017 NSW.

2. The Competition

2.1 The title of the competition “The £50 Love to Dream™ Voucher Giveaway” is indicated on the submission entry form which is powered by Meta Lead Generation.

2.2. This is an ongoing competition that will run for one month each over the next three months, unless stated otherwise.

3. How To Enter

3.31 To enter the competition, entrants are required to enter online by submitting the entry form via Meta Lead Generation (“Entry Form”) from 07/06/24 at 10:00 am ST. Entrants will be required to:

    (a) provide their full name, email address and telephone number in order to enter the competition;

    (b) opt-in to receive Love To Dream newsletters sent from Love to Dream™ to the entrant from time to time.

3.2. The entrant will be required to opt-in via a tickbox consent mechanism if it wishes to enter the competition. The Entry Form will set out all of the information in relation to opting in to receive the newsletter and marketing. If an entrant does not wish to opt in to receive Love to Dream™ newsletters, then the entrant shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3.3 The entrant will receive a confirmation email to indicate that they have been successfully entered into the competition and signed up for newsletters.

3.4. All competition entries must be received by Love to Dream™ by no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.5. You are not required to make any purchases from Love To Dream in order to enter the competition.

3.5. Love to Dream™ will not permit entrants to amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.

3.65 Love to Dream™ will not accept:

    (a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

    (b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.7 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The competition is open to all residents in the UK only (who must be aged 18 years or over) except:

    (a) employees of the Love to Dream™ or its holding or subsidiary companies;

    (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Love to Dream™ or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration;

    or

    (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Love to Dream™ may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

4.3 Love to Dream™ will not accept competition entries that are:

    (a) automatically generated by computer;

    (b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

    (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

    (d) photocopies and not originals; or

    (e) incomplete.

4.4 Entrants may only enter the competition themselves and entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4.5 Love to Dream™ reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prizes are relevant to the individual competition submission page

5.2 The winner will receive a unique coupon code via email, redeemable online at https://lovetodream.co.uk/ (“Online Store”). The unique coupon code can only be used once and applies to any items listed on the Online Store. The prize will be delivered by mail (shipping fees apply).

5.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

5.3 Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days hours of receiving the Winner notification email.

6. Selecting a winner

6.1 A winner will be randomly selected by Love to Dream™ after the Closing Date using a selection method entirely at Love to Dream™'s discretion.

6.2. The winners of the competition will be contacted directly by our Customer Care team at Love to Dream™ as soon as practicable after the Closing Date using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.

6.2 Save in respect of manifest error – the selection of the winner of the Competition is final and may not be challenged or discussed with Love to Dream™. Love to Dream™ is under no obligation to provide any details of the selection process defined in clause 6.1.

6.3. In the event of an unclaimed prize, Love to Dream™ will select a new winner at random using a selection method entirely at Love to Dream’s™ discretion at Love to Dream™ Level 3, 2-4 Defries Ave, Zetland, Sydney, 2017 NSW Australia. The winners of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) days of the redraw and have seven (7) days to claim their prize. If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this competition cannot be found, this information will be published at https://lovetodream.co.uk/

7. Claiming The Prize

7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have seven (7) days from the date of Publication to claim the prize by following the procedure set out in condition 5.4. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.

7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

7.3 Love to Dream™ does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

8. Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Love to Dream™, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of Competition Entries and Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to Love to Dream™ will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

9.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

    (a) assign to the Love to Dream™ all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and

    (b) waive all moral rights,

in and to any intellectual property or moral rights which vest in your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that Love to Dream™ may use your full name to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

10.2 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you for the purpose of entering the competition may be processed, stored or used only by Love to Dream™ or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and to email you the Love to Dream™ newsletter. Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway

Promotion Overview & Promoter 
This Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway (the "Love to Dream Inc., Company Number: 6917019, (the "Promoter"). The Promotion provides eligible individuals with an opportunity to win one (1) of five (5) Love to Dream™ Sleep Machines each month by submitting a product review on the Promoter's website, or via a review request email. 

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United States of America, excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period
Each monthly draw (a "Promotion Period") begins on the first calendar day of the month at 00:01 AM and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received within the respective Promotion Period to be eligible for that month's draw.

How to Enter

Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Five (5) prizes will be awarded each month, of one Love to Dream™ Sleep Machine per randomly drawn winner, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of GBP £49.99, or a total ARV of GBP £249.95. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any taxes or other costs associated with the prize receipt or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification
Within seven (7) business days following the end of each Promotion Period, five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received for that month. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month's draw. The potential winners will be notified by email to the address provided with their entry within seven (7) business days of the draw. The potential winners must respond to the notification within ten (10) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and alternate winners may be selected. Prize Fulfillment

    • By participating, you become a member of the Love to Dream Rewards scheme and an account is required to redeem your rewards.  

    • This offer is subject to change or termination at any time. Love to Dream reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time.
