1. Promotions

Miffy VIP Early Access + Win Your Order Back

Eligibility

Offer available to Love To Dream email subscribers during the VIP Early Access period. Public promotion available to all customers during the advertised promotional period.

VIP Early Access Period

VIP early access period is valid for 24 hours only, from 4th June, 8:00am BST to 5th June, 8:00am BST, unless ended earlier.


Public Promotion Period
5th June 8:00am BST onwards.
Promotion Details

Customers who place an eligible Miffy order during the promotional period will automatically be entered for a chance to win their order back. One (1) winning order will be selected per day during the VIP and Public Promotion period.

Winning orders will receive the value of their qualifying order as store credit. Store credit applies only to the value of the purchased products and excludes shipping, duties, taxes, or additional fees where applicable.

Eligible Products

Includes purchases from the Miffy collection, including:

  • Miffy Swaddles
  • Miffy Transition Bags
  • Miffy Sleep Suits
  • Miffy Bundles
Entry Conditions
  • Each qualifying order counts as one entry.
  • Orders must be completed during the promotional period to qualify.
  • Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
Winner Selection & Notification
  • Winners will be selected at random.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their order.
  • Store credit will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following winner confirmation.
Exclusions
  • Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless stated otherwise.
General

Love To Dream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Gift Card

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase & redemption

  • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.co.uk.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
  • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

Delivery

  • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient's email address upon completion of the purchase.

Expiration

  • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Balance & usage

  • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
  • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

Refunds & returns

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream's standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

Lost or stolen gift cards

  • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream's Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

Multiple gift cards

  • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

Restrictions

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

General

  • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

3. Ongoing Offers

Bundles

Bundle promotions are available at https://lovetodream.co.uk/collections/bundles

Bundle offers are only available on selected styles and colours listed. Items included in different bundle offers cannot be mix and matched. The discounted price per item will be visible at checkout and is applied on a pro-rata basis per item. To receive the bundle offer discount, all qualifying products must be ordered in the same transaction. Bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers. Individual items purchased as part of a bundle may be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy, with any refund applied at the pro-rata bundle price paid.

Multibuy Offers

Multibuy offers are only available on selected styles and colours. Multibuy offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers. If another bundle offer applies to the same product in cart, the promotion with the greatest discount will apply. You must add the specified quantity to the cart in order to receive the discount.

10% New Subscriber Discount

Offer is ongoing for first-time subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter. First-time subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until the date provided in email and must be entered at checkout. Not eligible in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Review to Win a £100 Love to Dream™ Gift Card

Promotion Period

Monthly prize draw running from 12:01am (GMT/BST) on the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm on the last day of the same month.

Eligibility

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and immediate families are excluded.

How to Enter

Primary entry: Submit a genuine product review via the Love to Dream™ website during the Promotion Period.

No purchase necessary alternative entry: To enter without submitting a review, participants may email their full name and email address to support@lovetodream.com with the subject line "Win a £100 Love to Dream™ Gift Card Entry". Entries must be received within the Promotion Period. Entries submitted via this method will have an equal chance of winning. A maximum of five (5) entries per person per month applies across all entry methods.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month. The prize is Love to Dream™ store credit valued at £100 GBP, valid for three (3) years from date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner selected by random draw within seven (7) days of month-end. Winner will be notified via email.

Privacy

Data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Love to Dream™ Privacy Policy.

Birthday & Anniversary Discount

Offer is ongoing for subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter who have provided their DOB or have been subscribed for more than 1 year. Subscribers will receive a discount code for £5 off a minimum spend of £45 by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not eligible in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

15% Bounty QR Code Discount

Offer is ongoing for customers who use the discount code provided on the Bounty ad subscribed to our newsletter after scanning the QR code. Subscribers will receive a 15% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until 30th September 2026 and must be entered at checkout. What is the offer

Provide an email address for your friend and they will receive a £5 discount code ("code") for purchases of £25 or more on their first order. You will also receive a £5 code for making the referral after your friend makes a purchase using the code.

How to apply for the offer

Complete our referral form at www.lovetodream.co.uk/pages/refer-a-friend and provide your friend's email address to send an email with your unique referral link, or copy your unique link and share it directly. Your friend must click the unique referral link, create a new account in the same session, and place an order meeting the minimum spend requirement to qualify.

  • Your friend can apply this code for their first purchase of Love to Dream products with a minimum spend of £25 (excluding discounts and shipping).
  • Once your friend completes their purchase using the code, you will receive your own £5 code sent to the email address associated with your account. This code can be used on your next purchase of Love to Dream products with no minimum spend.
  • Your code will be sent within seven (7) days after your friend's order is shipped from Love to Dream.
Other terms & discount exclusions
  • Codes are valid for 90 days from issue, only on purchases made on www.lovetodream.co.uk and cannot be used for prior purchases, taxes, shipping, or gift cards.
