A Sleeping Bag with Legs and Feet
A Footed Sleep Bag is a wearable blanket with two legs and built-in feet. Your little one can stand, walk and play in it without stepping out, and there are no socks to lose in the night. It is made for the stage where sleep and movement overlap, from first steps to big toddler adventures.
Why Legs and Feet Make a Difference
- Freedom to move: they can walk to the cot, stand at the rail and turn over without the fabric pulling.
- Covered all night: legs and feet stay inside, even when they kick.
- Harder to climb: the dropped-crotch design helps make lifting a leg over the cot rail harder.
Choosing the Right TOG
Our Footed Sleep Bags come in 0.2 to 3.5 TOG. Choose by the temperature of the room, not the season.

A babygrow can be swapped for long-sleeve, long-leg pyjamas. Between two ratings? Choose the lower TOG and add a layer underneath.
Sizes from 6 Months to 4 Years

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a Footed Sleep Bag and a Sleep Suit?
They are the same product. We used to call it the Sleep Suit in the UK. It is now the Footed Sleep Bag, and nothing about it has changed.
Can my little one walk in a Footed Sleep Bag?
Yes. The separate legs and built-in feet mean they can walk without tripping on a hem. Keep an eye on them on stairs.
Do Footed Sleep Bags have sleeves?
Most of our Footed Sleep Bags are long sleeve, for cooler rooms. We also make a sleeveless 0.2 TOG style for warm nights.
What age is a Footed Sleep Bag for?
Sizes start at 6-12 months and go up to 4 years. Many parents switch when their little one starts pulling up to stand.
Does a Footed Sleep Bag stop climbing out of the cot?
The dropped-crotch design helps make climbing harder, but it is not a guarantee. Keep the cot base at its lowest setting once your little one can stand.
