The fit should be snug
A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth.

TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is an industry-recognised measurement for the warmth of garments and bedding. Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. What does TOG mean?
